Your orders will take around 1-2 business days to process and you will get a shipping notification once your items have been shipped. All orders include tracking.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Within Australia: 5-10 business days.
Perth: Same-city deliveries usually arrive overnight or within 2-3 days.
New Zealand: 10-14 business days
North America, Asia and the Pacific: 14-21 business days
Rest of the world: 25-30 business days
From 1 July 2021, VAT and customs duties will be charged upon import to the EU. You may be charged with additional fees upon arrival of your parcel.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (for health and safety reasons).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
